CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing to work with me. My name is Frank Kladis, otherwise known to friends and family as The Wellness Greek! We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we strive to accommodate while maintaining fairness to all clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling or rescheduling your sessions, programs, and courses.

1:1 OPA! Coaching Sessions:

Cancellation or Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice via email for canceling or rescheduling individual coaching sessions. Because these sessions are reserved specifically for you, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
Monthly Coaching Packages: For ongoing monthly coaching packages, we require 14 days' written notice via email to cancel your package.

OPA! Group Experience:

Refunds: Due to the small group size (3-8 participants) and the sequential nature of this program, no refunds are offered once the program begins.
Transferring Registration: If you notify us at least 7 days before the program start date, you may transfer your registration to a future group session.
Minimum Enrollment: Please note that the program will only begin if minimum enrollment (3 participants) is met. If minimum enrollment is not met, you will be notified and offered either:
- a full refund; or
- the option to transfer to a future session.

Organizational OPA! Programs:

Workshops and Sessions: Cancellations of workshops and individual organizational sessions require 48 hours' notice via email.
Ongoing Programs: If your organization is enrolled in an ongoing program, 30 days' written notice is required for program termination.
Custom Programs: Custom programs may have specific cancellation terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Please refer to your agreement for details.

Digital Courses (Greek Kitchen Basics & Anti-Autopilot Reset):

Digital courses are self-paced and come with lifetime access.
Due to the immediate access to the digital materials upon purchase, no refunds are provided once course access is granted.

Bookings and Consultations:

Individual sessions require 24 hours' notice via email for cancellation.
Group programs and digital courses have specific cancellation terms outlines in their respective sections above.

Refunds & Payment Method:

If a refund is applicable (e.g., minimum enrollment not met), it will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise arranged.

How to Provide Written Notice:

All cancellation notices must be sent via email to thewellnessgreek@gmail.com to be valid.
